Indian curries -
=>Dal Fry (Arhar dal) -
=>Wash and soak dal in water for few minutes . Cook in pressure cooker for 15 to 20 minutes . Cut onion, garlic, tomato and green chillies into small pieces . Put ghee or oil or butter in a pan . Fry onion till it changes into brown colour, put cummin seeds (jeera), tomato, garlic and green chillies, stir it for two-three minutes . Mix cooked dal in it . Dal fry is ready to eat . (add salt and haldi to taste and for colour)

=>Cauliflower -
=>Cut it into small pieces . Wash it thoroughly . Put vegetable oil in a pan . Cut onion into small pieces . Fry till it gets brown . Put cut jeera, haldi, cilli powder, dhaniya powder . Mix cauliflower in it . Add very little water to it . Let it cook on slow fire . Cover with a lid .

=>Kabuli Chana (chole)

=>Soak kabuli chana in water overnight . Next day, boil them in a pressure cooker for about fifteen minutes (boil it in the same soaked water) . Cut onion into small pieces . Fry it in oil . Put chana masala and dhania powder, and salt to taste . (wash chana before soaking)

=>Rajma (wash Rajma before soaking) -
=>Soak Rajma in water overnight . Next morning, boil it for twenty to twenty five minutes in the same water . Cut onion into small pieces , cut tomato also into small pieces (or you can grind it in a Mixi) . Put oil in a pan, fry onion in it till it gets brown in colour . Add turmeric powder (haldi), dhaniya powder, garam masala . Add boiled Rajma into it .

=>Tomato Curry -
=>Cut ripe tomato into small pieces . Cut onion, garlic, green chilli into small pieces . Fry onion in vegetable oil in a pan till it changes into brown colour . Add turmeric powder, jeera, dhaniya powder in it . Add salt and little bit sugar also . Add tomatoes and let it cook for five to ten minutes .

=>Cabbage and Peas
=>Cut cabbage into small pieces . Cut onion into small pieces . Fry onion in oil in a pan . Add jeera, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, chilli powder, garam masala .Add cabbage and peas in it, don't put water . Cover the pan and let it be cooked on slow fire .

=>Lady Finger (Bhindi) -
=>Wash lady finger and let them get dried . Cut them into small pieces . Cut onion into small pieces . Put oil in a pan, fry onion till it gets brown colour . Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, chilli powder . Add bhindi in it and add salt to taste . Let it be cooked in a slow fire . Cover it with lid .

=>Fruit Cake -
=>In a bowl, put eggs and butter and mix it properly with a blender . Then add sugar and mix it with blender . Add maida and mix . Add vanilla essence, colour and half tea spoon oil, and mix . Put it in a tray and put the tray in a oven for 25 minutes at 180 degree celsius .

=>Palak Miloni (sabzi)
=>In a pan blanch palak => Chop palak and put in a pan with water and soda and cook till it is done . Then take a pan, in that put Jeera, oil, finely chopped onion, and cook; and add coriander, lehsoon, and cook and add chopped french beans, carrot and cook; and add chopped tomatoes and cook; and add peas and palak and coriander leaves (optional); and add chopped or grated ginger and stir and serve .
=>Baigan Bhurma
=>Take round baigans and slit it a little and then deep fry . Then till it turns little brown (the size of brinjal should remain like that) . Then take a pan, in that put chopped or grated onion, and then ginger, garlic (paste) and cook; and then add mixture of paste (jeera, coriander, til, cococnut); and cook and add chilli powder, haldi powder and then put karipatta and then put imli pulp and stir and add baigans and little water for gravy; and stir and serve .

Vegetable Pizza (Medium Size) -

Ingredients :-
For pizza base-
2 cups White Flour
1 tea spoon Yeast
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Oil
½ tea spoon Salt
½ tea spoon Sugar

For toppings-
½ cup Pasta Sauce
1 tea spoon Garlic Powder
2 tea spoons Olive Oil
40g Cheese (grated)
1 Onion
½ Tomato
½ Capsicum
We can add more toppings like mushrooms, pineapple, olives (sliced) according to the taste.
